2026 Awit Awards Winners: IV of Spades, Dionela and SB19 Lead Full List

 

The 39th Awit Awards put several of Philippine music’s most prominent names in the spotlight, with IV of Spades, Dionela and SB19 collecting multiple honors during the ceremony held September 15 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City. The awards were presented by the Philippine Association of the Record Industry (PARI).

IV of Spades secured two of the ceremony’s major honors, with Andalucia named Album of the Year and Aura taking Song of the Year. The band also received the Best Sound Engineered Recording award for Monster.

Dionela and Loonie’s Ikigai also had a strong showing, collecting three awards across collaboration and genre categories. The track was recognized for its R&B and rap/hip-hop production, as well as its collaborative performance.

SB19 likewise had a three-award haul for Dungka, which won Best Pop Recording, Best Dance/Electronic Recording and Best Music Video. SB19 member Pablo, whose real name is John Paulo Nase, additionally received Songwriter of the Year recognition for his work with RadKidz.

The ceremony also highlighted performances across different musical styles, from Ben&Ben and Janine Berdin to Project Yazz, Lola Amour and Typecast. Fitterkarma claimed Record of the Year, while Brian Lotho was named Producer of the Year and Nicole received Best New Artist.

The 2026 ceremony also marked the introduction of three Grand Awards categories: Best New Artist, Songwriter of the Year and Producer of the Year, expanding the awards program's recognition beyond performers and recordings to include emerging artists and key creative contributors.
